- Defined key areas of analysis
- Sorted them by severity — the most critical ones appear first
- Within each area, broke things down into tasks and prioritized them, adding expected impact (+%) to each
- Added explanations to certain items inside cards (icon with a short description)
- Allowed users to hide irrelevant recommendations
We validated this through quick usability testing with 5 target users — all of them struggled to prioritize and identify the next step.
The initial dashboard required additional interpretation: managers could see issues but didn’t understand where to start.

Redesigned Product Interface
This allows managers to instantly spot bottlenecks without analyzing raw metrics. Clicking a cluster reveals a list of issues, each expandable into detailed explanations and recommendations.

I created detailed flow diagrams for steps of wizard to clarify conditional logic and edge cases. This helped ensure correct implementation and reduced back-and-forth during development.
