FastSight.ai: AI-powered analytics for user behavior
Client
AI-powered product that analyzes user behavior in apps and games, uncovering friction points and growth opportunities to improve onboarding, retention, and revenue.
Creating a clear and consistent user experience, from visual style to interface design. The product should be easy to understand so B2B users can onboard independently and start using it with confidence. Complex AI-based analytical tools should be simple and accessible for non-technical users.
Make it easy for users to explore the collection and complete purchases online.
Create a sense of thoughtful customer care and attention behind every item.

UX/UI design
Make it easy for users to explore the collection and complete purchases online.
I designed a 4-step sequential onboarding wizard to guide users through account creation, data availability, legal consent, and dataset upload. The goal was to structure a complex, compliance-driven process into a clear and manageable flow.

Wizard
I created detailed flow diagrams for steps of wizard to clarify conditional logic and edge cases. This helped ensure correct implementation and reduced back-and-forth during development.

Final Interface
UX/UI design
Color indicates priority:
The core pattern is problem “clusters” across user journey stages. The more indicators in a block, the higher the issue concentration.
The interface is an analytics dashboard designed to quickly identify problem areas in the game. Data is structured into four sections: Overview, Onboarding, Retention, and Monetization.

Initial Product Interface
This allows managers to instantly spot bottlenecks without analyzing raw metrics. Clicking a cluster reveals a list of issues, each expandable into detailed explanations and recommendations.
Flow & Logic
— non-critical.
— critical;
UX/UI design
  • Defined key areas of analysis
  • Sorted them by severity — the most critical ones appear first
  • Within each area, broke things down into tasks and prioritized them, adding expected impact (+%) to each
  • Added explanations to certain items inside cards (icon with a short description)
  • Allowed users to hide irrelevant recommendations
We validated this through quick usability testing with 5 target users — all of them struggled to prioritize and identify the next step.
The initial dashboard required additional interpretation: managers could see issues but didn’t understand where to start.
The next part of this section will be available here soon.

Problem
Designed the interface and animations for an interactive retention calculator that helps game developers evaluate player retention against genre benchmarks.

To improve clarity and reduce abrupt state changes, I designed motion behavior for key interactive components. This helps users understand what changed, maintain context, avoid disorientation
